Phil Circle

After an 8000 mile tour in a blue Honda, Chicago born and bred singer/songwriter/guitarist Phil Circle sets his sights on performing in downtown Eau Claire. His songs extend over genre boundaries freely, drawing in aspects of rock, jazz, blues, folk, and sometimes even classical and world styles.
