Vance Gilbert burst onto the folk scene in the early 90s when buzz started spreading in the clubs of Boston about an ex-multicultural arts teacher and former jazz singer who was knocking ‘em dead at open mics. His career took off when he toured with Shawn Colvin and he has since opened shows for George Carlin. Gilbert has recorded 8 albums.
