This is a great side dish to a Mexican meal. Or, because most of the ingredients are all packaged, then cooked together, it can be a great camping meal.

1 can 15oz Black Beans (include juice from can)
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup diced frozen green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can Mexican tomatoes and jalapenos
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp vegetable bouillon
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup dry orzo or small rice-like pasta

Dump all ingredients into a pan. Cook 8-9 minutes covered or until orzo is cooked.

Add some grilled chicken to turn this into more of a meal.

Serve in tortillas, great hot or cold.
