1 lb. large shrimp
8 oz. butter
1/4 c. clam juice
1 oz. Sauterne wine
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. linguini (uncooked)

• Cook linguini al dente to package directions.
• Peel and de-vein shrimp leaving the tails on.
• Sauté shrimp in butter and olive oil.
• Remove the shrimp as soon as they are done.
• Add remaining ingredients to butter mixture except linguini.
• Heat sauce to boiling.
• Reduce heat and add shrimp.
• Place cooked linguini on a platter. Top with shrimp and pour sauce over shrimp and pasta.
