Rich creamy macaroni and cheese. So much better than the box mixes. Natalie’s perfect companion to Porcupine Meatballs

4 Cups of uncooked macaroni

2-1/2 inches (330 grams) Kraft Deluxe American block cheese
3/5 tsp salt
pepper to taste
4 cups milk
1 TBSP butter
1 TBSP flour

melt butter in sauce pan and sprinkle and mix with flour. Add 1/2 cup milk, warm and add cheese. When cheese is all melted, add additional milk.

Cook macaroni for the minimum time on the box, drain, put in baking pan. Pour cheese sauce over the noodles, add some sliced cheese on the top and bake for 30 minutes.
